Not All Problems Can Be Solved With A Phone Call
EZ Computers Ltd recognised that not all technical support requests can be fixed over the phone. Sometimes you need the personal touch of an experienced engineer to solve your issue.
Depending on the issue, our engineers can fix your computer at your office at a reasonable hourly rate or with our Onsite Support package. If the problem requires an extended or deeper analysis and solution, we can collect the faulty unit from your premises and return it once the issue has been fixed.
For ad hoc or Pay As You Go onsite support, our charges are £60 for the initial call-out, which includes the first 30 minutes on-site, plus £60 per hour thereafter. If we are unable to resolve the issue within the first 90 minutes, we will offer a collect and return service instead to help keep the cost to a minimum.
Please note that the above charges exclude any replacement hardware components that may be required to complete the task.
